Can anyone help? Since the email upgrade, my calendar is useless - only two of my categories are showing, and loads of events past and present have completely disappeared.

Hi @LMD welcome to the forum and sorry your calendar is now showing all the events and categories it should.
Are you accessing your emails via webmail or via an email client?
Is your BT internet email address a Talk21 account?
