A sub-account set up on my MyBT is no longer visible.
Will you let me know what the process is to have it linked to my account please.
Thanks for the response but the reply doesn't address the issue at all. The sub-account hasn't been deleted or suspended. It's in use and active, but isn't shown as a sub-account on my MyBT.

I assume you are a current BT Broadband customer?
I am a current BT customer. The user of the account has lost the password and needs my help as the primary account holder, but the address isn't shown as a sub-account of mine even though I created it.
The process to import the address as a sub-address fails as the system reports the security responses given for the primary account holder that have to be supplied are incorrect, which they definitely aren't.
