Missing emails in folders when connecting account with outlook

I thought I had successfully connected my btmail to outlook, all the folders were there but some are not populated with emails.  Oddly the folders without the emails all start with a, b or c.  I have resynced several times but still the same result.  Is there a way to resolve this?  I did try to drop the folders with missing emails into folders that has connected properly but don't seem to be able to create subfolders.

Re: Missing emails in folders when connecting account with outlook

You need to tell Outlook which folders to sync. Right click on the root folder and then select 'IMAP folders'. Click on 'Query' which will give you a list of all the folders available, select which you want and click subscribe.

Re: Missing emails in folders when connecting account with outlook

I use outlook.com. When I right click on the root folder I do not see IMAP folders option.  I did not have to select folders to transfer when initially done.
