Hi @Shahp Welcome to the forum and thanks for posting about move emails to another broadband account.
There would need to be sufficient space on the gaining account for any email addresses you need to move over. Also to assist with the move please log into the account they are currently allocated to and beside each email address there should be a + option to add the email address to the BTID. Please add each email address you wish to move to the BTID
and post back to let me know how you get on.
