I have a very similar issue - having recently moved house and opened one new BT account, whilst closing 2 other BT accounts, but I am struggling to find out if I can still keep my email addresses and their associated contacts lists and old emails. It looks like moderators have been able to resolve this, so would appreciate being contacted by one. Thanks
I'd ask that you don't make any new email addresses on your new BT account until we look into moving the emails you have from your previous BT account. We will need to move them for you. You can get in touch by clicking on my user name and then on contact the mods. It'll be on the left hand side in the about section. It'll take us a few days to pick it up and to get back in touch with you.
