I have not received 3 emails from 3 different companies sending me a gift card . They are not blocked accounts. I have been shown the order forms and my email address is correct on the forms.
They are not in my spam/junk folder
why is bt email blocking these emails ?

Thanks. Already been through all of that. They are not blocked, not in spam and have my correct address.
having spoke to one company they are getting muliple complaints from customers and gift receivers and will be updating their t&cs to no longer allow gift cards to btinternet email addresses.
this must be a bt issue
