I was promised some months ago that I was transferring to the new BT MAIL by staff in India .
however this has never happened. My 2 Sub account Have been switch but not my Main one Can I telephone someone at BT regarding this.
the transfer to the new BT mail system is done in blocks and often if customers have more than 1 email address they are not all transferred at same time unfortunately you just have to wait until the addresses on the old BTYAHOO system are transferred
Thanks for the information. You are correct in your post. Just to add to it BT informed me by the end of September this year all Email account will of been transfer to the new BT mail.
