Since the upgrade of BT email, I have only been able to receive and delete input messages.
There is no way to compose or list any of the other mailboxes! Cannot change the password as it tells me my dob, mail address etc are faulty which they are not. Has anyone found a solution other than loading the app?
How are you accessing your email, is it with a web browser and if so which one?
If using a browser are you using the direct log on BTMail or are you going through your MyBT?
If it is with an email app which one?
