I received the email to say my email had been upgraded to the new Bt mail. However it was not my main email address it was one of sub ones. Are they rolling it out by each email address I thought it would be your account, therefore all your emails changed over to the new Bt email.

The migration from BTYahoo to BTMail is presently being done on an individual email basis and is not per email account and sub-accounts.
It is a slowly rolling process and could be some time until all your email accounts are moved over.
