Touch an email it selects but doesn't show, deselect and go round in circles , even Microsoft recognises this issue and has a switch to disable selection boxes but BT outsourced developers don't even check functionality.
Suspect BT just looked at presentation and said OK, its not as though they do not have a captive base now they have killed yahoo client, oh wait its customers , seems we are only marketing opportunities.
This level of incompetence is unacceptable for a tech company to ignore basic functionality in email client. That BT is a communications company and we have no way of emailing direct or even via a form(another cyclical dead end) but have to hope they watch forums speaks volumes about them.
The alternative is to move to a competent service provider that spends at least a little on fundamental systems.
Hi @JerryT,
Welcome to the Community and thanks for the feedback.
Can you confirm the make and model of the device you are using?
Thanks
Matt
