Your new email portal is absolutely horrendous.
It changes font size when I press line return, it randomly jumps back up to the top of the email, it's slow and lagging. As a result of your changes, emails that should take hardly any time to write are taking ages and constantly need rechecking.
If you're going to change the format, please make sure it's an improvement rather than a step back.
