As previous posts have said, the new look for BT mail is so confusing & a very muddled look. Why change what was working? Surely, if there were problems, it wasn't beyond BT's capability to fix those.
Helo, I am furious that this happened without notice. No option of opt out . I have complained everywhere. Apparently there is no way of reverting back to old format. I have been with BT 30 years and I am furious.
