Hi, Since last week I have not been able to download more than 2 attachments from an email before I have to refresh. I receive a lot of work orders on each email so becomming very time consuming and frustrating.
I cannot find documents by reference number any more comes back with no results even though I know the document exsists.
What is the answer - please give me old email system !
Hi there, as much as many of the other users of this forum understand your frustrations this is just a customer to customer forum. It is unlikely BT would change their email service only to change it back.
Have you considered using an e-mail client?
