I can connect to my email on my Windows 10 Laptop. I can see recent emails. However, when I select one i get the message "Sorry, it looks like you are not connected to the Internet..." which I obviously am.
I am not getting these issues in my phone.

No - fixed now. I restarted the laptop and it's now fine. Maybe it needed to reissue a new IP address?
Hello,It can be fixed by using a different browser or by doing a Windows "Network Reset". To do this click on the Start Menu and type "Network Reset". When the machine restarts the issue should be fixed.
