So on all my other emails there's no problem. However a few times when I have saved an email to draft, gone back to compose, there is no send button?
Can anyone shed any light on this please, it's driving me mad?! I log out , close the message down to see if that works and still there's no send button?!
When you save an email to "draft" and then wish to access it to amend or send it you need to click on the email in the draft folder.
It should open with an option button named "keep composing". When you click on that button the email should open and allow you to, unsurprisingly, keep composing the email. It should show the "send" , "discard" button at the lower right hand side and the "save draft" at the lower left hand side.
Does this happen with your BTMail and if it does not, what does happen?
Hi,
Thank you for responding, in answer to your questions I do all the above. With most of my drafts it's fine but from time to time there is no send button at the bottom of my email at all once I have finished composing my email! Yesterday for example I had my saved draft and I pressed keep composing finished my email and added some photos but there is no send button at the bottom right of the email or anywhere else?!
Are you sure that the buttons are not just at the very bottom of the screen.
When you add an attachment it adds another "menu" bar at the foot of the screen that may be blocking your view of the buttons. If that is the case you need to use the scroll bar at the side of the screen to move it up to reveal the buttons.
