I am not recieving an email from one of my contacts , he recieves my email ok, even if he replies to the email I send him , I still do not recieve it ?

Make sure his email address or his email domain ( the bit after @) is not in your blocked senders list.
Log onto your BTMail account using a browser, not an email client/app, and then click on your username at the right hand side. Select "Settings" then go to the left hand side and select "Mail". Scroll down and click on "Blocked Senders". Scroll down the list until you find the one you want to unblock and select it. Click on "delete".

Thanks for your reply however my fiend is not in my blocked senders list , I have also put him as a Safe sender, but still no joy.

Did you check for the domain being in the list. It is often missed.

Yes domain was in blocked senders ! all working again.
