I am currently in Hong Kong on holiday and since I arrived I am not able to pick up my emails on my iPhone when using the hotel wifi. Never had this problem before can anybody help please?

First of all don't change any settings/passwords etc. This seems to be happening on occasions and access is possibly being blocked by the ISP in Hong Kong. You could try from a different wifi source or failing that use webmail by logging in at https://home.bt.com/login/loginform?TARGET=$SM$https%3A%2F%2Fsignin1.bt.com%2Fbtmail%2Fsecure%2Femai... in a browser.
Thanks will try that. Off to New Zealand in a few days so fingers crossed its better there!
