Hi For some reason when I am click forgotten password on any website I am not getting the email to reset my password. I have tried on 3 different websites and clicked forgotten password many times and re typed in email address but I just never get the email to change password. I have checked the emails don't go into my spam folder by logging onto bt.com/email and rechecking spam folder. I have googled the issue and it seems like a common problem
Any idea's?
