Not receiving emails and replies

I’m able to send emails but I’m not receiving any replies and emails of some people. These are very important emails I must have but not receiving any. I’ve gone through my settings and blocked but non are on the list. It’s becoming a major problem now and I have no idea how to fix this problem. Thanks

I have a similar problem. Not all the replies people are sending to me  are getting through. Some are though 🤔

Try adding their email address to your "Safe Senders" list.

Log onto your BTMail account and then click on your username at the right hand side. Select "Settings" then go to the left hand side and select "Mail". Scroll down and click on "Safe Senders" and add the email address then click save.

You should also check that the senders " Domain" ie gmail.com has not been blocked.
