Not receiving emails from Hotmail.co.uk

I am not receiving emails from a hotmail account and - I have marked this account as a safe sender, any ideas why this would be?

Check that the address and or the Hotmail domain has not been blocked.

Log onto your BTMail account using a browser, not an email client/app, and then click on your username at the right hand side.

Select "Settings" then go to the left hand side and select "Mail". Scroll down and click on "Blocked Senders". Scroll down the list until you find the one you want to unblock and select it. Click on "delete".

I have tried that and I have no blocked senders! Any other ideas?

Do you mean no blocked senders at all?

Are you sure that the sender with the Hotmail address is using your correct email address.

What happens if you send them an email and they use the reply to function. If they are doing that get them to send a "fresh" email message and not a "reply to" one.

Also make sure that the "Conversation" View is not active. To do that log onto your BTMail account and click on "View" in the menu bar at the right hand side. Scroll down and Single click "conversation view" to toggle it on or off.

When you toggle it on or off you will see the name "Conversation View" change colour from grey to blue when it is turned on.
