Up until the 14th August my etsy emails have stopped, like someone has flipped a switch to off.
I haven’t changed any settings what so ever, I’ve done everything that might help ie check other folders, save emails to safe list etc and still not receiving.
I have been in contact with Microsoft and etsy both saying can’t find a problem on there end.
I can’t change my etsy email as I code is being sent to the email I don’t receive emails.
it’s getting very annoying and frustrating too

Solved! Go to Solution.
Check that you have not blocked the email address and or the email domain.
Log onto your BTMail account using a browser, not an email client/app, and then click on your username at the right hand side. Select "Settings" then go to the left hand side and select "Mail". Scroll down and click on "Blocked Senders". Scroll down the list until you find the one you want to unblock and select it. Click on "delete".

I have done all that.
..... and.... the email address and/or domain is not there.
the email adress and/or domain was there and I deleted it/them and the email now works or still does not work.
Could you please say which applies.
Etsy email addresses are not on my blocked lists they are added as safe addresses as well as being in my contacts
BT can not help you with an Outlook account. You need to contact Microsoft who are the providers of Outlook email accounts.
Just to clarify.
Does the email account that you are using to receive the emails end in @btinternet.com or does it end in @Outlook.com?
Are you using the email client named Outlook to access your emails or are you logging on to your email account using a web browser?
