I have not seen any Junk emails for weeks now and I am concerned that I have lost important emails. I have tried deleting and then adding my account again and this hasn’t helped, I’ve also tried logging in via laptop, iPad and iPhone and have had no luck! I’ve tried googling the subject but that wasn’t helpful, a friend mentioned that BT have recently started using a different filter which may be cutting out all spam, although I’m not a spam fan there are emails which only appear in the junk folder and sometimes these are important genuine emails! Please help!
yes I also have this problem. I’ve had this account for over 10 years and suddenly on 21st September 2020 I stopped receiving junk emails. As the two previous posts have mentioned sometimes important emails do find their way into the junk.
