This issue only started from last night. I’m having issues receiving my ntlworld.com emails on my iPhone when connected to my BT super hub. If I disable Wi-fi on my phone, my emails come through fine. I connect back to my home network and I’m unable to access the mail server. Is anybody else having this issue?
Sorry, I can't help but I'm having the same problem. We had a major service outage last week and since it's been repaired, I can't connect to my ntlworld emails. On other servers there's no problem. Even more strange, my wife also has an ntlworld account on a different computer and she can connect via BT with no problem.
