Our emails are being rejected by btinternet.com

Hi, all emails sent from my platform are being rejected by btinternet.com with the message

smtp; 554 Message rejected on 2020/11/11 16:04:15 GMT, policy (3.2.1.1) ID (5ED864C31B381BC5) - Your message looks like SPAM or has been reported as SPAM

However the messages are not spam.

We were incorrectly listed on a spam list for time but we have now been removed so it could be that something needs adjusting in btinternet.com but I can't find any kind of contact form to raise this with.

Does anyone know who I can speak to about this?

Hi @miked_recapture welcome to the community and thanks for posting, if your emails are DMARC compliant and they're still being rejected you'll need to raise this with the BT email postmaster at postmaster@btinternet.com

Hi Neil, thanks for your reply.

Yes they are DMARC compliant, I've sent an email to postmaster@btinternet.com, hopefully they will be able to help.
