Outgoing emails bounce back to do with DMARC554 5.7.1 Your message was rejected due to btinternet.co

Hi, I've had email problems for about a year. Outgoing emails often bounce back with this message - 554 5.7.1 Your message was rejected due to btinternet.com's DMARC policy. See https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204137 for info

I have tried to find a resolution before but have little technical knowledge but it's really becoming a problem now. 

Please can someone offer advice!? Thanks.

Is this bounce back from someone using a iCloud.com email address to a btinternet.com email address? Or is this you trying to send an email from the but btinternet.com domain? If the latter what smtp settings are you using?
