Hi @jmutter We have been looking into this for you. Can you try this and let us know how you get on

 

  1. Log into webmail
  2. Mark all messages as read in inbox
  3. Create a new folder
  4. Move all messages from inbox to new folder
  5. Do an outlook send/receive
  6. On webmail, move all messages back from new folder to inbox
  7. Do an outlook send/receive again

Have done as you requested.

 

Got the same error message as before with both outlook send and recieves.

Can I please have an update on this issue. Been very patient but it's now been a problem for four weeks. Understand you may have resourse constraints but if this is the case and we're not going to get resolved quickly please let me know so I can escalate to senior BT mamagement.
