If you click on the Inbox icon in the top left of the opening screen, all your folders should be listed.

Edit the screenshot, your email address is revealed.

What do you see if you click on Inbox in the top left of the opening screen?

I've deleted your previous post to protect your email address

I've deleted the whole post now. But for future reference, if you go to Edit reply and then click on the screenshot it should highlight it and you can then just press Delete.

Re: Outlook on Android

Are the folders that you are missing shown when you log on to webmail here

Its possible that you have set the folders up as offline folders on another device rather than as IMAP folders or the account is configured as POP3 on the device that has the folders.

Re: Outlook on Android

No problem. The only folders that will sync are those that you can see on webmail as they are all on the server.
