A friend has asked me to look at a problem with her email.
When she tries to use POP3 (either on the laptop or the iPhone) to access her email, the login is rejected - even though the details are definitely correct.
Log into webmail with the same details and it works OK.
A few seconds after logging into webmail, the POP3 access then works - but only for a few minutes.
It looks like a recurrence of this issue that was claimed fixed by BT this time last year:
Anyone else seeing this issue again? Anyone know how to fix it?
