Password gone... AND mobile number go for reset!
Hello everyone.
So sorry to be 'that' chap, but I've forgotten my BT email password and the mobile phone number I had as my contact (which would receive the reset code) isn't working these days!
AND I put my BT email address as the emergency contact email (I know! I wasn't thinking!) so the reset code is being sent to a phone number that isn't live and an email that I can't access!
Any suggestions? I'm at a loss here!

Call BT Customer Services 0330.1234.150 and they can reset your password. Have your account number handy you may need it.
