Yesterday i changed my BT email password using webmail (as i have done many times before) and it is working fine. I can send and receive as per usual. However when i changed the password in Outlook 2013 it does not like it and keeps telling me there is a send/receive error. I even tried the new password in Thunderbird and i am getting the same send/receive error there too, so i guess the problem is with BT rather than with those email programs.
Is there anyone who can help with this?
I've read in many places that there maybe some issue with BT and Yahoo servers not being in sync. Is this true? If it is what is the way around it?
