I'm locked out of one of my email accounts. My husband is the main account ID person and we have logged in, and have unblocked the email account in question. But when we try to reset the password, and enter the main account ID - DOB, postcode & mothers maiden name, we get a message saying one or more of the responses is wrong. We've tried using a previous postcode, and my DOB & mothers maiden name - and combinations of these without success. Any ideas? Thanks
