Poor search facility

I've recently been migrated from BT Yahoo to the BT service. After teething troubles most aspects have settled, but the Search facility is poor.

1. It often doesn't find things, words which I know are in the emails.

2. I can't find a way to return to the search results after checking one of the items found.  c

Any ideas?

You are best to use a "Preview" view when using the search box.

If you are using a "Preview" view, the search results will be displayed and you can then select the email and it will show in the preview pane and you can move up and down the list.

If you are not using a Preview" view, after reading the email you can not go back to the list however if you go to the search box again the search parameters are still stored in the search box so you can do another search.
