Keep getting message Error Code INET_E_RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND Windows diagnostics tells me that my computer is configured correctly Samfeld BT is not responding. Have spoken to BT who tell me that because I can still receive and send emails on my iphone and ipad the fault is with my desktop settings. Can anybody please advise on how get onto to settings and fix problem. I am a bit of a techno phobe. Thanks in anticipation
Having mega problems connecting to my BT email on IE. Having entered email address and password it just will not connect with message samfeld BT is not responding. I have moved your post onto your previous thread so that anybody trying to help can see the history of your problem.
IE is not supported on BT Yahoo mail anymore pretty much Microsoft themselves want to get rid of it - use Edge, Firefox or Chrome ideally.
