Problems with new messages in inbox

Since migrating to BT Webmail I have had problems viewing new messages.  They don't seem to automatically appear in my inbox.  Somtimes I Get a yellow highlighted message at the top of the screen telling me i have new messages but there doesn't seem to be any way of displaying these new messages other tham by logging out and then in again. Somtimes I have to do this several times before I can view the new messages.  Somtimes it takes several hours to update which is really annoying when you are waiting for an important email.

No need to logout, just click the refresh icon to the left of the 'Compose' button.
