Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me with some information about emails that I have been receiving over the last few weeks.
After recently switching my energy provider, I have needed to verify my new account by clicking a link on an email that they have sent to me. But the emails either don't open ( Error Code 10023) or, if they do open, the link doesn't work on them.
They are telling me that this is a problem with my service provider, but I have never had this happen with any other email before. Are they correct, and if so, how do I fix it?
