I have recently become aware that some of my relatives and friends are not receiving emails I send from my btinternet.com email address and I am not receiving theirs. As an experiment I set up a gmail account and there are no problems with that account. We have all checked our spam boxes and they are not going in there. What is the problem and how can I resolve it?

We should be able to help you here, but to do so we need some specifics.
Are you able to supply an example of an email that you sent with the timestamp and who you were sending it to so that we can check what happened to it?

If you click on Darren's user name it will open a new page. You will find an envelope/message icon on the top right side. Click that and use it as you would an email.
