Re: Accessing BTinternet email account settings to change reply-to address for webmail

Hi @Rabbitears,

Thanks for reaching out to us. I am sorry that this is happening to you.

Go to https://www.bt.com/mail and log into your email address. Next, click on your email address on the top right off the screen and then click on Settings. On the left hand side go through the settings to make sure there aren't any changes that you haven't made. Specifically to the areas that I have boxed in red below:

If the reply-to is still there afterwards, reply to my private message that I have sent to you.

Thanks
DanielS

Re: Accessing BTinternet email account settings to change reply-to address for webmail

Hi

There were two rules in there, but neither of the email addresses in the "rules" are the email address when recipient hit reply all. My emails are being diverted to a hotmail account, not mine.

I deleted those two other rules.

I only changed my password recently and think I must have been hacked in order for this command to be added to my email.

sorry not sure if this is going as a private message not sure I know how to send as one

Thank you, all help desperately needed as missing important emails.

Re: Accessing BTinternet email account settings to change reply-to address for webmail

I have the same issue. Emails sent from the webmail and mobile have an old reply-to email address and I am not receiving important emails.

Can someone please provide the 'fix' as this dose not appear to be something I can change in 'settings'

Thanks

Richard
