I’m trying to modify my vacation response whilst abroad and can’t seem to find the options on my iPhone or iPad. I originally set up the vacation response using my computer. I can’t understand why my phone or iPad don’t provide the same functions as per vacation response? This is so frustrating and BT wouldn’t help me via chat facility because I have Premium Mail. I can’t phone the Premium Mail team from abroad-any guidance via email/message would be appreciated.
Yes @licquorice is right, unfortunately vacation response is only available in the full desktop version and not on the mobile version or the app. The website auto detects and shows a mobile version on the mobile or iPad - annoying for people who use tablets, you would think the app would have it at least.
