Re: BT Webmail Feedback v2 (post 16th April release)

When trying to access MY BT (to read my phone bill) I have got the following message on several different occasions:

"The page isn’t redirecting properly

An error occurred during a connection to

  • This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies."

I've entered the link in my cookie settings page so that cookies are allowed for this site but it makes no difference. It may be a browser problem (I use Firefox) but I'm posting it here to see if others have found it difficult to access MY BT using the link on the BT email page.
