Hello. I gifted some email addresses but now my family and I all agree it was better having them under My BT ID. I'm the account holder/bill payer. Please can you tell me how to ungift, or for my family members to link their email addresses back to My BT ID? Thanks.
Having checked in a "gifted" email account's MyBT I can not find any way to move them back under the control of the main account.
You can associate email accounts to another BT Broadband account but I don't know if this procedure will work with gifted accounts. It might say that the email accounts already belong to your account but it may be worth a try.
EDIT: If the above doesn't work it will need the intervention of a moderator but given the present Corona virus situation I doubt this will be high on their priority list and could be some considerable time before they could offer any assistance.
