Contact list corrupting

I am on Bt Mail and the option to go to settings is no longer available on the new page. I want to forward bt emails to icloud but it seems impossible now

I have moved your post to start a new thread as it is an entirely different subject to the thread you posted on.

You can auto forward mails by going to Settings > Mail > Auto Forward

Settings is found under the drop down list by your address in the top right corner.
