Yet another utter shambles and I thought BT Cloud was a mess.
So far this morning I have 7 phone calls from the BT SMS Text service telling me you are going to delete an email address.
The email address concerned I deleted from my list of allowed email addresses over 4 years ago when the family member died.
I have just phoned BT and spoke to a person to complain about the volume of calls, gave the operator the email address concerned who subsequently told me the email address DOES NOT EXIST.
Well it exists somewhere in BT because your stupid system keeps phoning me.
One more call and I am blocking the number.
Hi @Cicero, I'm really sorry about that, even if the email wasn't previously deleted you shouldn't have been called 7 times so something has gone wrong and I'd like to apologise for the nuisance caused. We'll be happy to get our email experts to look into this for you, I'll send you a private message so you can get in touch with the moderation team.
HELP NEEDED AGAIN PLEASE.
I have another email that I deleted and it shows on my account as awaiting deletion, I cannot delete it though I thought I had many months ago.
It was scheduled for deletion on 16th January.
I have received an email today telling me this has now changed to 22nd February.
So far today I have had 3 phone calls from the automated system.
All other details relating to my account you already have.
Please get the deletion done as soon as possible.
I would recommend removing the email from a public forum, I appreciate you said it's being deleted.
