I emailed a complaint to BT on the 14th February and have not received any reply. it states they will get back to me within 7 days . I chased this up via email again this week and again have received no reply. Today I receive an email stating 'We've Closed Your Complaint' with no resolution whatsoever. No email, no telephone call NOTHING! How can they close it when no-one has spoken to me??
I spoke to the Live chat team initially who unfortunately couldn't grasp what I was actually talking about!
Is there any other way to chase this up with BT where somebody will actually know what complaint I have made and get back to me?
