I am sorry to hear that you weren't able to log into it. I take it that your BT email address is attached to your BT Broadband account? If you need any help today please let me know where you go to log into the account online.

Ok so because i couldn't log in again today i disabled Ublock Origin and voila all is well again. Obviously it's a bit over zealous. Thanks all.
Thank you for your reply was not able to find how to remove these apps, along with I do use other laptops/ pc to access email so i not localised to one. My partner is able to access his email with no issues
