The tagline 'Something went wrong, please try again' is what I keep getting when I do trying to log into BT Mail. After changing my BTID and having multiple lockouts, I did try to get through BT helpdesk and they said it was a known problem and was told it will be resolved. A week later i am still having login authentication issues and cant log in.
I'm sorry for the problems you're having logging into your email address. As this has been going on for over a week and you have had no joy getting this sorted with my colleagues over the phone, we can pick this up from here.
