Please advise how to resolve this issue. I can access email through My BT on the web but my Ipad, laptop and smartphone get getting this error message. I have checked all my settings and all appear to be OK.
Please bear in mind I am not IT savy so a simple steps guide on how to resolve would be appreciated.
I have changed no settings or passwords.
This has been an issue now since the beginning of the year. Was hoping it may resolve itself, but that's obviously not gonna happen.

Are you a BT Broadband customer or do you pay for your email through a BT Premium email account?
I have BT Broadband but not the premium I dont think.
Any further help on this would be appreciated. Still not resolved.

I am able to access emails via logging onto BT website and going to My BT.
Previously I tried to use the BT App but an error message came up, but just checked again and I can now see emails through that.

Apologies for delayed response but my App doesn't flag up when I get emails so I have to remember to keep coming back to check for responses.
This is the error message I keep getting.
All details entered are correct.
You need to edit out your email details, as this is a public forum which can be seen worldwide.
