When you are on BT website, you don't need to login to either BT.COM or MyBT, simply go directly to the the Email icon to the right of the "MyBT" icon.

This is the edited screenshot which was edited by a moderator. You must remove all references to your email address. Your last image displayed your email address at the top. I have removed that post.
