Although there is a "reply all" button, it does not recognise any of the addresses in the email.  These are standard email addresses and have been used since I joined BT (now retired) in 1996.  If someone sends me an email that has, for example, 10 other recipients then I want to reply all so they get my important update/response etc.  According to this new fiasco, it wants me to type out all the addresses individually.  That is just not on.

BT's quote at the start of this migration "You'll keep the features you love and also get some new ones too. We'll move all your emails and folders across to BT Mail automatically".

Reply all works just fine for me. I'm pretty sure there would be hundreds of posts on here if it didn't work in general.

Have you tried using a different browser?
