This has suddenly started to happen after being with BT for over twenty years. I am missing emails that correspondents say they have written and issued and have no way of knowing how, if at all I can retrieve them. Would appreciate help in resolving this issue please.
If you know the senders email addresses check that their email address and or domain, the part after @ has not been added to your "Blocked Senders" list.
Have checked but none of the mail originators addresses have been listed. I still have my problem. Are my emails being screened prior to arrival and some deleted or diverted elsewhere? I check my Spam box regularly and no genuine mails have been identified to date. Am stumped; would appreciate additional guidance in resolving this conundrum please.
If you know the email addresses have you tried adding them to your "Safe Senders" list?
If the spam filters have "decided" because of the senders IP address, content triggers or some other criteria that the emails were spam or dangerous they may have been rejected from the BT servers and the BT network and as such they can not arrive at your Inbox.
does it happen with all the emails from the people concerned or only some emails? what happens if they reply to an email which you send?
