My sub-email account was not used, but the message board needed it to verify who I am, they have now advised their attempts to send emails to it have failed.  I have done a password reset on it, even setting up a new password, but it is not listed as one of my sub-email accounts and yahoo dont recognise it.  After a few chats, I've got a level 2 BT premium mail call back arranged.  Fingers crossed.

If you have not used the sub-account email address in a 90 day period it could have been deleted. Once deleted you may be able to recover it within 60 days but thereafter it is gone for good.
